Let's add some external tools to our Jekyll site:

• Plausible analytics for tracking visits
• Giscus (Disqus alternative) for comments via Github Discussions
• Buy Me A Coffee for basic monetisation

Most importantly:
We will deploy Jekyll via our own CI.
We will learn to override layout defaults.
