He works at an iconic ruby consulting shop in Warsaw, Poland (Visuality), where he was recently promoted from CTO to CEO.
Mariusz gives back to the π community by organizing local meetups (Warsaw, Lodz) and organizing conferences.
In July 2023 he organized the first Warsaw Community Conference

Just 6 months later, he is organising the second edition of Warsaw Community Conference on 02 Feb 2024.
